"Black Kray concert was one of the best experiences I've had, if not the best. Ticketmaster really needs to improve its services. When I purchased, there were only a few tickets left, but I still had enough options that, had I known, I wouldn't have chosen the seats that I did. Our seats, labeled as full view by Ticketmaster, were anything but, and my husband and I spent most of the time trying to see around the railing on the stage. It was complete side view! I also bought parking through Ticketmaster, which was only valid until 10:30 pm, while the concert ended at 11 pm. When we reached our car, our parking ticket had expired, and we were stuck in the garage. Fortunately, a very kind parking attendant let us out without having to pay an additional $25."
